Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your dmcox purchase. If you have an issue with the dmcox product(s) you purchased, please let us know by reaching out to us at email@example.com.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Art prints
- Colouring books
- Plush dolls or products
- Products that have been opened
- Products that have been used or washed
- Products without original packaging
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We will be able to issue you a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) upon receipt of your unworn, unwashed, unopened &/or unused product within 15 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
